（中央社記者陳葦庭台北29日電）前交通部民用航空局長張國政表達接手復興航空運輸股份有限公司意願，但民航局說，如果興航晚間11時59分前沒提異議或復飛具體計畫，民航局就提報交通部，走收回航權程序。
張國政宣布，和支持的團隊討論後決定，有意願接手興航，希望民航局延緩收回航線，接下來也會接洽興航董事長林明昇。
民航局表示，任何投資者都應與興航談，再由興航向民航局提意見。
民航局說，如果張國政真和支持團隊打算接手，動作就要快，何時復飛、挹注多少資金等問題都要很具體；事實上興航機隊和組員都在適航狀態，只要確保安全沒問題，團隊規劃好，應很快就能復飛。
興航發言人劉忠繼表示，毫無所悉。張國政最清楚政府權限使用方法及分寸拿捏，這也是張國政為什麼趕在上午10時開記者會，他也認為張國政會主動聯繫興航，興航預計下午回覆民航局意見。1051129
